Decades of professional service and expertise in financial services marketing.
That sums up what WordCom offers you, your marketing staff, and your financial institution. We’re a full-service marketing company that produces quality direct mail campaigns that get results for clients like you. So whether you want to attract new consumer or business accountholders or hold on to those you have, WordCom has the systems, strategies, and programs for you.
WORDCOM’S HISTORY
When company chairman George Wachtel founded WordCom in 1981, it was a time of major deregulation in the banking industry. Financial services marketers needed advice and guidance—plus new strategies to open accounts and attract more customers.
George and his associates introduced a variety of new products that were successful because they found and focused on the best prospects.
Since those early days, the company and its people have become closely allied with financial institutions and the promotion of banking products. We’ve remained on the cutting edge of technology and marketing processes.
WordCom’s main office and production facilities are located in Ellington, Connecticut, just 22 miles northeast of Hartford.
